Jeppe is an electrical and electronics engineer from Sacred Heart University in the United States and holds an MBA from Northern Michigan University. At both he played ice hockey in NCAA Division I. Today he plays professionally for Rungsted Seier Capital, and he has won the Danish championship with Odense.
