Leak checks
“Which of our units are due a leak check in November?”
Maci for AI assistants
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant that supports MCP to Maci, and ask about your units, leak checks, service history and alarms in plain words. It reads what your company can see in Maci, and nothing more. It cannot change a thing.
You
Which of our units are due a leak check in November?
Assistant
Three units are due in November:
Read from Maci: F-gas log and leak check status
Ask in your own words
No reports to pull and no screens to click through. Ask the way you would ask a colleague, and the assistant looks it up in Maci.
“Which of our units are due a leak check in November?”
“Are there open alarms at the Vesterbro store, and has anyone taken them?”
“When was MC-0482 last serviced, and what was done?”
“How much refrigerant do we have in our cold rooms, in tonnes of CO2 equivalent?”
What it can read
Every site, and each unit’s passport: master data, nameplate, refrigerant, charge and CO2 equivalent.
Compressors, fans, valves and controllers on each unit.
What was done on each unit, when and by whom.
The log and the leak check status, on units with Maci Service Premium.
The alarms from Maci Intelligence, open or closed, and who has taken them.
How much of your API allowance has been used.
The assistant only reads. It cannot create, change or delete anything in Maci. The readings from Maci Intelligence’s sensors stay in Maci; the alarms come through.
Connect it
Only an admin of your company can connect an assistant. It takes no API key and no code.
In Claude or ChatGPT, add a custom connector under Settings, Connectors, with this address:
https://mcp.maci.energy/mcp
The assistant sends you to app.maci.energy. Log in as you always do, and choose the company.
Confirm with your passkey, and the assistant can start asking.
Who it is for
Shops, chains and facility management with at least one unit on Maci Service Premium. The assistant reads your own sites and units.
The assistant reads the customers’ units you have been given access to, as you do in Maci.
An assistant gets the same access as an API key for your company.
In your control
What the assistant reads goes to the assistant you chose and to the company behind it. That choice is yours, so connect only an assistant your company is allowed to use for this data.
For developers
Maci’s MCP server uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, Client ID Metadata Documents and dynamic client registration, and follows the MCP specification 2026-07-28. The guide has the details.
