# Maci Intelligence > Maci Intelligence makes predictive analytics for refrigeration. IoT sensors on refrigeration systems send data encrypted over MQTT to an AI platform that learns each system's normal behaviour, detects anomalies and sends alerts weeks before a breakdown. Maci serves supermarkets, cold chain and warehouses, industry, hospitals and pharma, restaurants, hotels, wholesale and data centers. ## Products - Maci Intelligence: IoT + AI platform for predictive maintenance and operations optimization. Measures pressure, current and temperature at 22 points on each system, every minute and on every change, sent over wired Ethernet or LTE; warns 3-6 weeks before a breakdown. Alerts (critical, warning, info) by app, SMS and email, with escalation. Fleet dashboard, trend history, reports, user roles. Maci's API (api.maci.energy) gives an organisation's own systems its sites, units, components, service history, F-gas log and alarms (fetch, acknowledge, close), and service companies their invoice bases. Webhooks post alarms (alarm.raised, alarm.cleared, alarm.acknowledged, alarm.closed) and approved invoice bases (invoice_draft.approved) to the organisation's own address, signed with HMAC-SHA256 in X-Maci-Signature. The readings themselves are not in the API. Priced per installation; contact for a quote. - Maci Service: free, with no limit on systems or users. A QR (or NFC) tag on each system opens its digital passport: master data, refrigerant, charge, components, photos and service history; AI reads nameplates from a photo. Anyone who scans sees only the name and Maci ID; logged-in users see more, and the owner decides which technicians get full access and for how long. Sign up at app.maci.energy. - Maci Service Premium: EUR 39 per system per month excl. VAT (DKK 299 in Denmark), monthly or yearly (12 months), no minimum term, for EU businesses. F-gas logbook under regulation (EU) 2024/573 article 7 with leak check deadlines and e-mail reminders 30 and 7 days ahead; entries cannot be changed or deleted, only corrected; kept 5 years; PDF per system and CSV per organisation. Scope 1 report on emitted refrigerant (kg and t CO2e by site and year) in the app. API access. Maci does not report to authorities. ## Partners - One partner programme (https://maci.energy/partners/) for refrigeration companies that sell Maci to their customers and fit and service the equipment, with certification and training, attractive terms and Maci Service free.
